Travelling safely in the mountains
Even if you are swapping your skis or snowboard for some fun sports equipment: your safety is still paramount.
We'd like to give you a few tips to prevent unpleasant surprises and to minimise the risk of injuries.
- When you collect the products, ask our staff to show you how to use them.
- Falls are also quite common when tobogganing, for instance. You should therefore also wear a helmet.
- If you are planning a snowshoe hike in alpine terrain, it's a good idea to keep an eye on the avalanche warning scale and not take any risks.
- If you are using these products for the first time, we recommend starting slowly and not overtaxing yourself at the beginning.
