The best choice for every skier
WELCOME TO THE “HOME OF LÄSSIG”
When Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn joined forces for the 2015 / 2016 season to create Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn, they gave birth to one of the biggest ski areas in all of Austria. With 270 piste kilometers and 70 different lifts, all skiers are certain to be in for a real treat.
Thanks to the Ski ALPIN CARD ticket alliance which, in addition to this ski area, is also accepted at the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and at one of the highest ski areas in the country, the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, you have a grand total of 408 km of pistes to choose from.
The “Home of Cool” offers a colorful mix of steep slopes, flat stretches and variety-packed hills for long- or short-radius carving. Picturesque deep-snow mountainsides are guaranteed to whet the appetite of every true-blue freerider, while there’s also a freeride park with a cocktail of natural and man-made obstacles for daredevil skiers.
UNBEATABLE ON- AND OFF-PISTE
Also for shredders and funpark specialists, the ski area surrounding Saalbach has so much to offer. The Easy- and Nitro Snowparks feature
- numerous kickers of different sizes
- a variety of rails, boxes and other obstacles
If that still doesn’t give you the adrenaline kick you crave, you can also push your speed and skills to the limit going head-to-head against other skiers on the ski-cross course.
With all of those different pistes and attractions, there’ll come a time when you’re going to need a break. At that point, you’ll likely want to make a beeline for one or more of our roughly 60 huts in Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn.
Away from the pistes, too, Saalbach definitely lives up to its reputation as one of the most popular ski areas in Europe. With numerous special events such as the Rave on Snow and BergFestival, there is no shortage of off-piste entertainment.v
