How do I carry my ski pass?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions at the start of a day spent skiing: "What's the best way to carry my ski pass without losing it?"
As the pass readers are usually positioned to the left of the turnstile, it's a good idea to keep your pass in a pocket on the left-hand side of your body. The validity check also works through textile materials.
- Most modern jackets now feature a pocket on the sleeve precisely for this purpose.
- You can also carry the pass in your trouser pocket. However, you should always make sure that this pocket can be closed securely with a zip or hook and loop fastening to keep the card from falling out when you are skiing.
- Another good idea is a ski-zip pass holder, with which the pass can be pulled out on an elastic cord.
Tips for returning your ski pass
At the end of your stay, you can return the passes either at our shop or at one of the official lift pass counters.
Of course, you are also welcome to keep the passes as a souvenir or a memento; however, the purchase price includes a deposit. It will be returned to you in cash when you return your pass in good condition and on time.
However, before returning your ski passes, you should have a quick look at your performance data. All sorts of interesting information is stored during your runs:
- Distances covered on the slopes in kilometres
- Differences in altitude climbed in metres
- Average speed
