I attach great importance to apprenticeship training because it has a decisive influence on the professional development of young people. It is particularly important to me to treat them with respect and recognize their efforts. This not only strengthens their motivation and commitment, but also their self-confidence. Open communication and a trusting relationship between trainer and apprentice are essential for me. That's why I want to provide apprentices with the best possible support and guidance during their training. In addition to my work as a trainer and coach, I also work closely with schools and vocational colleges. I believe it is important to make our company known in schools and vocational colleges. Young people are the skilled workers of tomorrow and it is crucial to get them interested in our industry at an early stage. Through presentations and information events, I want to show pupils the wide range of opportunities and career paths in our company, and I attach great importance to authentically conveying how exciting the working environment is. At the same time, I want to give them a realistic insight into the demands and expectations placed on them. My aim is to motivate potential talent to start an apprenticeship with us at an early stage.
