We built the shop in Schladming from scratch. During the first year it was difficult to find staff but now we receive multiple applications for a single position. Bründl has quickly become a household name here, just as it has everywhere else. This is surely because it's not just about sales for us, but also what life is about: cohesion and growing together.

The trainee programme was a key experience for me. We asked ourselves: what do I really want? And Christo Quiske taught us to test boundaries. He is a truly great person and taught us that in a team, you can make decisions for others. Before I didn't work as hard and was exhausted at the end of the day. Now I work more - and yet am never stressed.

When the going gets tough, our very own "Stevie Wonder" comes to our rescue. He takes charge, encourages, creates a good atmosphere and does everything but the mediocre. To him, there is only victory in the Champion's League. He sometimes uses unconventional means, but he is always determined and courageous. And because we appreciate him so much, we pull together as a team. A great guy!
