"People are the most valuable asset of our business". True to Christoph Bründl's sentiment, an entire team is focused solely on the people here at Bründl. This involves searching for future employees, as well as taking care of their issues and giving our talented team opportunities to develop personally and professionally.

In 1991, when Bründl had 3 shops and 32 employees, in a paper I wrote at the end of a leadership seminar I stated my vision for the year 2000: Bründl will have 100 employees and I will be in charge of personnel. Today, Bründl has over 530 employees and I am indeed the personnel director.
