The 22-year-old from Piesendorf is currently completing her chef training in Vienna at the renowned Steirereck in Stadtpark and is the newly crowned winner of "The Taste" 2021.
In the menu, impressions from the cooking show are paired with her understanding of culinary art and enjoyment. It is Paula's intention that a lively exchange between kitchen, service and guests accompanies the evening to create space & time for more than just food.
