The “Löffler” competition is organized by Sport Bründl Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schmittenhöheservice GmbH & Co KG, Planai Sport GmbH and Sports & Emotions GmbH, Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 4, 5710 Kaprun. The four operating companies are summarized below under the name Bründl Sports. The competition will take place from November 16th, 2024 - November 24th, 2024. In order to take part in the competition, participants must correctly and completely fulfill the requirements in the Instagram posting. Each person can only take part in the competition once. Participation in the competition is free and independent of the purchase of goods. The winner will be randomly drawn from all participating people and will be contacted by Bründl Sports via Instagram direct message after the competition ends. People aged 16 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Bründl Sports and their family members are excluded from participation.
No cash redemption and no transfer of winnings possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition or to cancel and reclaim a prize without replacement if the competition is influenced or attempted to be influenced by unfair measures (e.g. incorrect, incomplete, misleading information or multiple entries, unless this is specifically permitted ). The participant will not have any claims against the organizer as a result. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, to the extent permitted by law. Austrian law applies. If individual provisions of the conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely corresponds to the economic objective of the invalid provision.
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or end the competition or the draw in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice (e.g. technical errors, misuse). Facebook or Instagram have no connection with the competition. The winner will receive a Löffler set consisting of a top and bottom for women or men in the desired size.

Data protection: The voluntarily disclosed personal data of the participants (Instagram name, first and last name, email address, telephone number or address) will be processed to carry out the competition and to notify the winner and to hand out the prize. In addition, when the prize is handed over, the organizer and the photographer commissioned by him will take photographs of the winner for internal documentation purposes and reporting. These photographs and in some cases the winner's first name as well as information about the Bründl Sport event will be published on the organizer's website and on the social media channels Instagram and Facebook as part of the reporting on the competition and the redemption of the prize. If the participant's other data is used in addition to their photographs and first name, this will only be done with the participant's separate consent.
