Here at Bründl Sports, we want you to shop with a clear conscience. Sustainability is a big deal for us, also when it comes to choosing our partners and suppliers. Our goal is to get all our partners and suppliers to sign and meet all commitments in our Supplier Obligation Booklet.
Brands & suppliers that go above and beyond in their dedication to sustainability are awarded our B-Green Label.
The basis for achieving our benchmark includes widely recognized industrial labels and certifications, such as Fair Wear, Fairtrade and GOTS. The willingness to sign our Supplier Obligation Booklet is a requirement for award of the B-Green Label.
S.CAFÉ®
As a move towards further progress in sustainability, Schöffel uses the environmentally-friendly S.Café® technology. Once treated as a waste material, coffee grounds are now used in the production of fabrics that form the base for precision-designed multifunctional sportswear. This innovation not only gives the coffee bean itself a longer lifespan, but also optimally supports athletes in their performance – however challenging the activities may be.
Textiles with S.Café® offer a particularly high level of wear comfort in winter and summer alike. The special yarn structure optimally binds odour and perspiration. Moisture is transported away from the skin to the outside, which allows the clothing to dry more quickly. Sun protection is another feature of these Schöffel garments.

At our location in Schwabmünchen, 15 seamstresses are constantly hard at work conducting repairs with original materials and making alterations in accordance with our customers’ wishes.

Since 2011, Schöffel has been a dedicated member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), consistently pursuing the goal of guaranteed fair production conditions at their partner businesses. In 2022, this traditional company earned Leader Status for the eighth year in a row, confirmation of their truly extraordinary commitment.
